The Challenge

The project aimed to showcase the Ghaf Hills development, impressing investors with the Majid Al Futtaim lifestyle, providing an unforgettable experience for visitors.

For us, the challenge was to construct a user journey that managed the customer through their understanding of the brand and the Ghaf Hills development. We needed to personalise the experience as much as possible to improve visitor’s user experience, and to deliver a plan of physical installations which they could use to view, touch and feel.

The Solution

During the discovery phase, we mapped the customer journey. The idea was to show the Majid Al Futtaim lifestyle through multimedia content, interactive elements and information displays. Therefore we mapped out the touchpoints of each zone, together with their objectives, assets, functionalities and potential digital interfaces.

Digital elements were used where appropriate to bring the narrative to life and excite the visitors through interactive technology.
