The project aimed to showcase the Ghaf Hills development, impressing investors with the Majid Al Futtaim lifestyle, providing an unforgettable experience for visitors.
For us, the challenge was to construct a user journey that managed the customer through their understanding of the brand and the Ghaf Hills development. We needed to personalise the experience as much as possible to improve visitor’s user experience, and to deliver a plan of physical installations which they could use to view, touch and feel.
