VetCT // Case Management Platform

The Challenge

VetCT approached UX Connections to assist in the development of their MVP for both mobile and desktop. The VetCT app aimed to create a seamless experience for veterinarians worldwide, connecting them with specialist, round-the-clock support.

This offering of telemedicine services provided assistance to vets in regards to their medical cases, as well as finding answers to specific, sometimes tricky, medical questions. As VetCT didn’t have the resources needed in creating seamless user experiences, we stepped in to design the app.

The Solution

Using an agile framework, we organised weekly design sprints in order to complete a whole navigation redesign, as well as developing optimised wireframes. This all was done to create the online responsive application that was wholly centred around the user.

Our consultants quickly integrated in the VetCT team to create the online experience, developing straightforward dashboards that allowed the veterinarians to see their patient information, and an intuitive pathway to get to the necessary specialist advice.

High-Fidelity Wireframes

Our team created detailed wireframes optimised for the users, in this case veterinarians. Wireframes were created for the main navigation as well as for designing a new homepage dashboard. The general layout and structure of the deeper level pages were redesigned too.

Expert Review

We also performed an expert review of the VetCT App to make sure the accessibility of both the mobile and desktop versions live up to industry standards. With a set of UX heuristics, our consultants were able to highlight the areas that needed improvements and provide recommendations.
