Medical App
Bubble
The Challenge
In collaboration with Suburban Health, we had the opportunity to work on an exciting project involving the evolution of the Bubble App, designed to serve individuals with learning disabilities. The existing app had shown promise but required significant improvements to enhance user experience and accessibility, ensuring it catered to the unique needs of its target audience.
The Solution
The focus was primarily for people with learning disabilities, to monitor their social, mental health & Medical Monitoring e.g. constipation, sleep, fluid, dental. With the assistance of a carer to log this data.

Process & MVP
The project followed a comprehensive design process with a strong emphasis on accessibility and user experience. Stakeholder and project management were central to the approach, ensuring objectives were aligned through regular meetings and that delivery milestones for a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) were clearly defined.
High Fidelity Wireframes
Wireframes were created to account for multiple mobile devices, ensuring a seamless experience across platforms. Accessible design principles were embedded throughout, including legible text, clear navigation, and well-structured content to accommodate users with diverse abilities. Visual guidance and interface refinements ensured that the app’s design was intuitive, consistent, and inclusive.
The Outcome
The outcome of the project was a revamped Bubble App that offered enhanced functionality, improved user experience, and increased accessibility for individuals with learning disabilities. The app became an invaluable tool for Suburban Health, empowering users and care workers to access vital resources, communicate effectively, and improve overall well-being.
